I am LOVING Websters pages papers... I did this layout last night, I have also used the Twiddleybitz butterfly and corner flourish... I also used one of the Tattered Angels masks and Maya Road mist on the background.
Hey everyone, just to give you an update on Josh's ABC book.. I am just waiting on about 4 more pages and then I can put it together and bind it. When that is done I will take photos to post to show you all the GORGEOUS pages that everyone did.. I would just like to say a BIG thank you to everyone who has participated... I know that Josh will just LOVE it!
When I was out on Thursday learning some more new techniques and fun stuff to use... I made this ATC name tag, I used one of Linda's that I have been admiring for a while for my inspiration. Hope you like it.
Gosh it has been crazy here the past few weeks.. firstly there was SIA, then school holidays and now I am rushing madly to make 33 ATC's by tommorow for a last minute decision to attend a stamper's luncheon with Linda... I have had a minute to create though ... I picked up this tassel (2 actually) and made an "angel" out of it and I have decorated a Twiddleybitz Wave Shadow box with Websters pages papers and hung the "angel" inside. Hope you like it!
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh I was so happy to find this FUNKY place less than 1 km from where I live.... it is simply called the JUNKYARD and it is FULL of all kinds of treasures and antiques and retro stuff! Today I picked up some really old postcard pics of people, some old song books, some gorgeous tassels shaped like ladies and a gorgeous frame which can be altered. And it is a photographers dream if you like that kind of thing which I do.. so here is a little collage of photos I took there!
After SIA I was honoured to be asked by Nic and Andrew from Twiddleybitz to teach a class to some of the stores and their teachers. We made a Mothers Day shadow box and had an absolute blast.. thanks to those wonderful ladies who attended and made it a great day. Special thanks to Lorraine Bate for helping us to find a great location to hold the class in. Belo is some photos of the wonderful ladies who came to the class!
I had the pleasure of working at SIA last week with Twiddleybitz, finally got to meet Nicole and Andrew the owners and we had an absolute blast... Doing the make and takes at the booth I met so many nice people and caught up with some I hadn't seen for a while and I also got to meet some members of the Twiddleybitz DT and Teresa from the 1worldscrap DT also!
On Saturday I ran a class for Twiddleybitz which girls from some of the stores attended and it was a lot of fun, we made a shadow box for Mother's Day and everyone was very happy with their project.
I want to say thanks to Nic and Andrew for giving me the fantastic opportunty to work with and promote their products, Lorrain.e Bate for all your help and support and our fabulous Design Team girls for all the hard work they put in and the gorgeous work they do!
