20.6.2011 - A quick update!

I have been crazy busy here working on upcoming workshops, the Prima Ed team and organizing Educators for the upcoming Paper Crafts Festival in Brisbane, Sept 9-11, 2011. You can find all the info here on Your Creative Journey blog.

I attended the Brisbane Scrapbook Expo a couple of weeks ago, had a lot of fun and caught up with some wonderful friends and met some new ones!!! I was excited to finally met the lovely ladies from Flourish with a Bling.

I have been also busy on a bunch of projects I have deadlines for LOL ... Working on Scrapbook Adhesives projects after getting my awesome DT box!!! Also this month's Tattered Angels project which they have partnered with Pink Paislee for! You may have noticed the new Tattered Angels blinkie on my blog, I am now a Certified  Tattered Angels Designer :) Hop on over to the Scrapbook Adhesives and Tattered Angels blogs to check out what all the other designers have been up to. 

I have done a project for Basically Bare which I can't reveal yet! and have the next White With 1 project ready for the July reveal!!! 

Here is a sneak peek of a Prima project I have been working on, I am so excited to be getting my first Educator's box sometime this week or next!

Here is another Prima boy layout. I have used a Canvas background which I have burnished a patterned paper onto and then used a watch face for an embellishment. My Scrapbook Adhesives Crafty Tape was perfect for sticking the photo to the canvas background!

And lastly a layout of my sisters, using one of the Prima mist-ibles, I love these canvases and this one I have used texture paste and Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists on!

3.6.2011 Playing with Prima and Fancy Pants!

The Papercrafts Expo is nearly upon us, as some of you may know I was going to be teaching workshops there, but due to unforeseen circumstances my classes have now been cancelled, I thought I would share my creations with you here.  I will still be there to catch up with some awesome friends and am excited to be meeting some new ones!

 

Here is the Fancy Pants Brag book, this is SO cute and so full of fabulous pages!  For the workshops I had limited products but I will be adding some more Fancy Pants AND of course PRIMA goodness to this book! 

Here are a couple of the inside pages...great for journalling!!!

Perfect also for those larger photos!

Just LOOK how many different pages and pockets there are! 

I also made some cards *gasp* but these ones got the stamp of approval from my good friend Jane Clark who is the best cardmaker I know! 

I have used the BEAUTIFUL Prima Botanical papers and glitter stickers, on coredinations white cardstock.

1.6.2011 White with one

YAY!!! the June White with 1 challenge is up... here is my project, make sure you go and check out the criteria to enter here! 

You might recognize the other three gorgeous ladies in this photo, Aimee and Diane from Graphic 45 and Jane Clark. 

The next layout was done using the gorgeous new Basically Bare products, they are so versatile, easy to cover, paint, spray but mostly I like the raw look on my projects :) Check them out here!
